EY NextGen Women – Applications are now open!

The NextGen Women program is an exciting global competition and opportunity for talented women who are current students offering the chance to:

► Start making contacts who will drive your career forward

► Learn first-hand about the global career opportunities available at EY

► Develop the skills required of tomorrow’s leaders

► Secure an internship at a world-class professional services organisation

► Regional Winners are flown to Sydney to compete in the Oceania Final and the Oceania Winner is flown to Europe/UK to compete in the Global Final!

Applicants respond to two questions, one short-answer and one video based, demonstrating your understanding of the broader business environment and building a better working world, and you could win a paid internship in EY Strategy and Transactions.

How it works

► Go to https://www.ey.com/en_au/careers/nextgen-women to access the competition questions and complete the application form including uploading your CV and most recent academic transcript. Applications are now open and close on Friday 31 March 2023.

► Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email with a link to complete the competition questions in the competition platform, HireVue

► The HireVue platform will close on Monday 3 April 2023

► All entries will be carefully reviewed by our judges from the Strategy and Transactions team

► Shortlisted candidates will participate in the Regional Finals events, held in the week commencing 8 May 2023 across our EY Oceania offices

► Regional winners will be awarded a paid internship in EY Strategy and Transactions and will progress to the Oceania Final taking place in our Sydney office on Wednesday 28 June 2023

► Our panel of judges will declare an Oceania winner who, in addition to their internship, will receive a mentoring session, secure a future graduate role in EY Strategy and Transactions and will represent EY Oceania in the global competition in late 2023

► 2nd and 3rd place Oceania finalists will receive a mentoring session with a senior member of the EY Strategy and Transactions team in addition to their internship.

The fine print

This competition is open to:

► Women students who are currently enrolled in and on track to complete their studies between 2024-2026 (any degree discipline)

► Australian or New Zealand citizens or permanent residents
